• How is the wood protected from insects? At Custom Log Homes of Virginia (CLHVA) we use Timbor, lethal to insects, safe for humans, and quality exterior wood finishes to protect the wood.
• How are the logs protected from the sun and rain? At CLHVA we use a minimum of two feet roof over hang wall, usually longer.
• What is the warranty? The warranty from CLHVA is for the life of the building, and it is transferable for the first ten years.
